GLAMMED BY KYRA MAKEUP ARTISTRY POLICY:
1. Please be advised your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Should you cancel or the service was not performed at no fault of Glammed by Kyra, your deposit is not refundable and can not be changed to a different date. (Should you decide to pay in full and not show up, cancel your appointment or your appointment is canceled due to tardiness, you will not be reimbursed and it is non-transferable) Remaining balance due upon arrival (cash or cash app). If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, an additional $25 will be added to your rate. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Regular appointments can only be rescheduled up to 2 months out from the original appointment date. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. One on One Glam Sessions that need to be rescheduled at the fault of the client are non refundable and require a new deposit. It is up to the client to take full advantage of the entire One on One Glam Session. Should the client decide to leave early for whatever reason, extra time left over during the session can not be transferred to a later date. Remaining balance, if any, is due 48 hours prior to your session via PayPal invoice or Cash App
2. Before/after hour appointment requests:
Please TEXT (NO TEXTS BEFORE 9AM OR AFTER 9PM) for appointments outside of business hours. Additional fee for appointments on Monday (off day) before 9am and after 6pm Tuesday - Thursday, after 7pm Friday, and after 8pm Saturday. (Before/after hour rates subject to my discretion depending on desired time). An invoice will be emailed to you via PayPal to lock in time slot. Full payment required to book. *Holiday rates subject to my discretion
3. ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS OR EXTRA PEOPLE DUE TO LIMITED SPACE. All guests need to be seated up front in the designated waiting area.
4. PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A CLEAN FACE. ALSO, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EYEBROWS ARE ALREADY WAXED, PLUCKED, THREADED, ARCHED ETC. It creates a more clean/precise look after they are filled in and helps with timing purposes.
****Upon arrival please have a seat up front in the designated sitting area and text informing me of your arrival. DO NOT WAIT IN FRONT OF THE SUITE DOOR***
****Any client who comes to their appointment with with flu like symptoms, sinus infections, colds, fevers etc....your appointment will be canceled on sight. No exceptions.

****Travel services available upon request if schedule permits. Travel expenses is $100 within Orlando. Travel services available for 2 faces or more (clients requesting travel services for 1 faces will be charged the 2 face minimum plus travel expenses).***
